  • Can I do this at home?

    Yes. All 5 steps can be done at home using your computer. There is no requirment to get lab testing done.

  • How long does it take?

    There are 2 parts. The first involves doing some intakes on the computer. This takes about 30min. The second part requires logging your food for a period of 5 days.

  • How will I get my results?

    After you have completed your assessment you will meet with your health coach for a 30-45min consultation who will review the findings with you.
