Stretch Therapy
Stretch Therapy is a form of manual therapy that focuses on stretching and mobilizing the connective tissue, known as fascia that surrounds muscles, bones, and joints.
Improved Mobility
Enhance flexibility and range of motion by targeting and releasing tension within the fascia.
Pain Relief
Alleviate chronic pain conditions by reducing tightness and pressure on sensitive areas.
Injury Prevention
Identify and correct movement patterns or postural issues that may contribute to overuse injuries or strains.
Stress Reduction
Gentle stretching with controlled breathing promotes a sense of well-being and relaxation.
Athletic Performance
Increased flexibility and better joint mobility leads to improved agility, reduced risk of injury, and enhanced athletic ability.
Better Posture
Correct poor posture by releasing tension in the fascia that may be contributing to postural problems.
Improved Circulation
Increased blood flow and circulation in the body facilitates the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to muscles and tissues.
Enhanced Recovery
Use as part of a recovery program after intense workouts or injuries to reduce muscle soreness, speed up tissue repair and healing.

COLIN SOLTESZ
Growing up Colin played high level baseball where he earned himself a full athletic scholarship playing in Illinois. Throughout his playing days he experienced his fair share of injuries. This ultimately led him to becoming interested in how the body works and go on to study human movement.
In 2018 he graduated from the University of Guelph-Humber with a Bachelors of applied science in Kinesiology. With his past sports experiences and gained knowledge of functional anatomy, biomechanics and motor learning his focus was set on optimizing human movement.
After graduating from university, Colin became a certified Strength and Conditioning coach with National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Working with athletes from a wide range of age groups, Colin designed safe and effective training programs to improve athletic performance (strength, power, speed, endurance) and prevent injury.
With over 10 years of training, Colin believes in playing to your strengths while working on your weaknesses. Whether your goals are weight loss, increased strength or improved quality of living it all begins by developing a solid movement foundation which everything else then flows from.
