  • Introductory Call (step 1)
  • During this 15 minute complimentary call, we talk about what you goals, answer your questions and see if working together is the best next step.
  • Intakes & Health Consultation (step 2)
  • A 45 minute in-depth review of your health intake forms. This session will provide you with insight on why you may be stuck and the best path for you to take going forward.
  • 12 Week Nutrition Program (step 3)
  • This is where the magic happens... Learn and implement foundational nutrition habits for better digestion, energy and fat loss. Weekly virtual 1hr coaching sessions focus on your wins, progressions and accountability to your objectives. Each week your plan adapts based on your progress.
  • 1on1 Coaching
  • Our nutrition coaches hold relevant degrees and are certified in nutrition, weight loss, and Stress Reduced Fat Loss™. We are passionate about helping you achieve your best.
  • Online Portal
  • Access to a private online portal, complete with progress trackers and valuable resources to support your journey.
  • Support
  • Weekly program updates, email support and text check ins help keep you accountable and progressing to your goals.
  • Local clients can access InBody analysis (body composition) within our Oakville club.

About Nutritional Coaching

  • What results can I expect with nutrition coaching?

    When food is customized to you it is easy to get results. The biggest things you can expect are increased energy and weight loss. In as little as 12 weeks you can lose up to 25 lbs and 10X your energy. You will also experience better digestion, mood and sleep. 

  • How long does a nutrition coaching program last?

    The average client stays with us for 6 to 12 months. It takes this time to create the habits that you can then leave with knowing they have become part of your lifestyle. 

  • What is the cost of Nutrition Coaching?

    The investment is approximately $1000-$2000 per month depending on your level. New clients need more time to get started but within a few months can progress to less coaching time while maintaining momentum. We understand that this service is not cheap and know that when people pay more money they pay more attention and therefore achieve better results. 

  • Can I get a free consultation or trial session?

    We offer a free 15 minute introductory call to answer any questions you have and to determine if the program is right for you.

  • Can I combine Nutrition Coaching with other services or therapies?

    A sound nutrition plan along with a progressive fitness regimen is the key to outstanding results. We all know that you can not ‘out train a bad diet with exercise’ so combining the two is a very smart choice.

  • What is expected of me as a nutrition coaching client?

    Foodlogging each day is mandatory and the only way we can truly understand what you are doing right and wrog.


    Weekly health metrics are also to be done so we can understand how it impacts the rest of your life.
