Golf Specific Instruction to Improve Your Game and Swing
Expert Instruction In Golf Fitness, Swing Biomechanics and Sport Development
TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) golf specific training is designed for the golfer who wants to elevate their game! Each four-session program kicks off with an assessment pinpointing swing limitations, followed by golf-specific exercises that target posture and stabilizer strength for a better swing. Expert instruction and swing video analysis will guide you to better mobility, and strength resulting in more powerful drives.
TPI golf training optimizes specific biomechanical aspects of the sport, improving your swing and overall game performance.
By addressing posture and mobility limitations, TPI training helps reduce the risk of golf-related injuries, ensuring a safer and more sustainable golfing experience.
TPI training aids in achieving consistent swings and accurate shots by refining your body's movement patterns and increasing muscle control.
Improved strength and flexibility through TPI training translates to a more powerful drive, allowing you to cover greater distances with your shots on the golf course.
The Nova TPI program is a four week program with one session per week. The process begins with a comprehensive assessment and postural analysis that uncovers structural imbalances and potential flaws in your body's alignment that could lead to specific swing issues.
The following sessions focus on improving your swing characteristics, referencing the 12 most prevalent problems in golf swings. Employing video technology, we can examine swing inefficiencies, providing an in-depth before-and-after comparison.
Notably, the mechanics of your golf swing might contribute to recurring pain. Integrating insights from both postural and swing analyses, we design a customized program to enhance your mobility by addressing your unique concerns. As your mobility improves, swing faults diminish, leading to overall swing enhancement. We conclude each session and program with comprehensive retests, showcasing your progress and improvements.
