The Process Behind Our Private Personal Training Sessions

Goal Discovery


Your personal training journey begins with a free health consultation in person or over the phone with one of our certified personal trainers.

The objective is to learn about your goals and to formulate a custom training plan that fits your lifestyle. A comprehensive consultation will centre around your goals, current health, injury and exercise history. 


Initial Session


Your first workout will be a movement assessment. This is not fitness testing but rather an opportunity to have a closer look at your movement patterns. 


The initial assessment evaluates joint mobility and stability, breathing, core function and ability to perform foundational exercises. 


With this information we create better programs that meet your needs and prevent you from getting injured during your workouts.


Progress Tracking:


Baseline fitness metrics and knowing your strengths and weaknesses are an essential part in creating the best fitness program for you. 


We evaluate your strength and cardio levels quarterly throughout your training journey to ensure you are on the best path towards your goals.



A Unique Personal Training Experience


Rotational Coaching:


If you train more than one time a week with us, you get the advantage of having two coaches work with you. Think of it like having two doctors collaborating in your best interest - still following the same program but each bringing their unique perspective and personality to your sessions.


Heart Rate Monitoring


To create the appropriate training intensity for you, heart rate monitoring is utilized to better gauge your exertion levels. 


In addition to training safer, heart rate monitoring also provides a better learning experience on how your body works.


Body Composition Analysis


Go beyond the scale with our InBody Test, a non-invasive body composition analysis that provides the most detailed breakdown of your weight in terms of muscle, fat, and water on your InBody Result Sheet

Body composition is a method of breaking down the body into its core components: fat, protein, minerals, and body water. It describes your weight more accurately and provides a better glimpse into your overall health than traditional methods. 


Body composition analysis can accurately show changes in fat mass, muscle mass, and body fat percentage.

In Person 1on1 Training

Nutrition Coaching Options

  • Weekly accountability meetings (in person or online) - $400/month
  • Monthly macronutrient and meal plan support - $200/month
  • ½ Hour Sessions


Body Composition Analysis

  • Drop-In $49.99
  • 3 Month Package, weekly, 12 sessions $480
  • Option to combine with nutrition coaching with  each session



Packages are renewed monthly and based on how many times per week you are training with a coach. For example, if a member trains 3 times a week, it is 12 sessions per month.
